Role Overview<\/strong>
<\/strong>We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team within Demand Generation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on digital marketer who thrives on building and optimising marketing systems that deliver measurable commercial results. You’ll take ownership of our digital marketing infrastructure, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, leads are captured accurately, and performance is tracked from first interaction through to pipeline generation.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing our paid media, CRM, marketing automation, website performance and analytics. If you enjoy creating structure, improving processes and using data to drive smarter marketing decisions, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business.


What You’ll Be Doing<\/strong>
<\/strong>\u2022 Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other relevant digital channels.
\u2022 Build, optimise and report on digital marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and lead generation performance.
\u2022 Manage marketing automation, email nurture campaigns and CRM integrations to improve lead management and customer journeys.
\u2022 Ensure all marketing leads are accurately captured, tracked and attributed through CRM and marketing platforms.
\u2022 Create and maintain landing pages, campaign tracking, UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
\u2022 Produce clear, commercially focused reports and dashboards demonstrating campaign performance, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
\u2022 Work with external web agencies to manage the technical performance and ongoing development of the company website.
\u2022 Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched successfully and supported by robust digital processes.

What We’re Looking For<\/strong>
<\/strong>\u2022 At least five years’ experience in a hands-on B2B digital marketing role.
\u2022 Strong experience managing Google Ads across Search, Display and Remarketing campaigns.
\u2022 Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other paid social platforms.
\u2022 Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Spotler, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar.
\u2022 Experience working with CRM systems and integrating marketing activity with lead management processes.
\u2022 Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM management, analytics and campaign reporting.
\u2022 Experience working with WordPress websites and landing page management.
\u2022 Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills and a passion for improving marketing performance through data.
\u2022 A proactive, solutions focused approach with the confidence to build and improve marketing processes from the ground up.
