Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We are seeking a talented and motivated Surveyor to joinour Digital Construction Division, supporting a wide range of nationwide projects fromour Harpenden and London offices. This is an excellent opportunity for anexperienced surveyor looking to broaden their skills across a diverseportfolio, using cutting edge technology to deliver high quality measurementdata and technical outputs.<\/p>\n\n

You\u2019ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of surveyprojects from planning and data collection to processing and delivery, ensuringwork meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. Workingclosely with the Lead Surveyor and Project Delivery teams, you\u2019ll play a keyrole in maintaining our reputation for technical excellence while continuing todevelop your expertise within a collaborative and forward thinking environment.<\/p>\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Workwith the lead surveyor, and project delivery team todetermine the most appropriate technology and methods to deliver projectseffectively.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Carryout all surveying and technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring workmeets company standards for quality, accuracy, and health and safety.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Takeownership of project data, following company protocols from collection throughto final delivery.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Supportproject logistics, coordination, and communication with internal teams,subcontractors, and stakeholders on site.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Proactivelyreport on project progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Maintaina strong focus on quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and\u201cclient ready.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Collaboratewith colleagues to share knowledge, support continuous improvement, and promotebest practice.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Workflexibly, including occasional night shifts and travel as required to meetproject demands.<\/p>\n\n

You will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Atleast 2 years\u2019 general surveying experience.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Experiencein laser scanning, topographical surveying, and measured building surveying.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Relevant qualification in surveying or civil engineering<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Strongtechnical understanding of surveying instrumentation and methods.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Excellentcommunication skills; proactive, clear, and professional in both written andspoken English.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 Proficientin software such as AutoCAD, Cyclone, and N4CE.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 StrongIT literacy with an interest in developing skills in new technologies andworkflows.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 FullUK manual driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for projectlogistics.<\/p>\n\n
