Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Surveyor to joinour Digital Construction Division, supporting a wide range of nationwide projects fromour Harpenden and London offices. This is an excellent opportunity for anexperienced surveyor looking to broaden their skills across a diverseportfolio, using cutting edge technology to deliver high quality measurementdata and technical outputs.

You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of surveyprojects from planning and data collection to processing and delivery, ensuringwork meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. Workingclosely with the Lead Surveyor and Project Delivery teams, you’ll play a keyrole in maintaining our reputation for technical excellence while continuing todevelop your expertise within a collaborative and forward thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

§ Workwith the lead surveyor, and project delivery team todetermine the most appropriate technology and methods to deliver projectseffectively.

§ Carryout all surveying and technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring workmeets company standards for quality, accuracy, and health and safety.

§ Takeownership of project data, following company protocols from collection throughto final delivery.

§ Supportproject logistics, coordination, and communication with internal teams,subcontractors, and stakeholders on site.

§ Proactivelyreport on project progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

§ Maintaina strong focus on quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and“client ready.”

§ Collaboratewith colleagues to share knowledge, support continuous improvement, and promotebest practice.

§ Workflexibly, including occasional night shifts and travel as required to meetproject demands.

You will have:

§ Atleast 2 years’ general surveying experience.

§ Experiencein laser scanning, topographical surveying, and measured building surveying.

§ Relevant qualification in surveying or civil engineering

§ Strongtechnical understanding of surveying instrumentation and methods.

§ Excellentcommunication skills; proactive, clear, and professional in both written andspoken English.

§ Proficientin software such as AutoCAD, Cyclone, and N4CE.

§ StrongIT literacy with an interest in developing skills in new technologies andworkflows.

§ FullUK manual driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for projectlogistics.
