Parliamentary Estate

Providing long-term measurement, survey and spatial data services to support the management and restoration of one of the UK’s most significant heritage estates.

Decades of trusted measurement and documentation.

Since 1993, Plowman Craven has been commissioned to supply a range of measurement services to the Parliamentary Estate, supporting the ongoing management, documentation and future planning of the estate.

Over several decades, this work has involved scanning, measuring and documenting historic buildings and artefacts, contributing to the estate’s evolving data requirements and long-term stewardship.

Plowman Craven is recognised as a surveyor of choice for the current Parliament Restoration and Renewal programme, with the resulting 3D model of the Palace of Westminster forming the largest of its kind ever produced.
