What it involves.

You’ll work on live client projects across surveying, BIM and geospatial disciplines from the start, gaining the technical and commercial experience that sets you apart.

Your pathways into surveying.

Internships & Summer Placements
Short-term placements offering hands-on project experience and guidance from experienced surveyors. Great for students or graduates in surveying, geography or engineering who want to explore BIM and geospatial careers.
Earn while you learn through government-recognised programmes combining study and project experience. Ideal for motivated learners with GCSEs or equivalent who want to develop new skills and work toward RICS or CICES accreditation.
An 18-month rotation through different teams, combining technical training and practical experience. Open to graduates in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering or related fields who are interested in digital innovation and professional accreditation.

A great first step into surveying. You’ll support experienced teams on site and in the office, learning the fundamentals of data collection and CAD, with the opportunity to progress into a Junior Surveyor role. We look for individuals with GCSE’s or equivalent, an interest in technology and a hands-on approach. 

An entry-level role offering fieldwork, CAD and project experience with structured technical training. Ideal for those with A-levels, T-levels or equivalent qualifications who are eager to learn and apply technology in practical ways.
